By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle from Lux Budget Rentals. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and possess a valid driver's license.

Rental Agreement

In addition to these Terms, each vehicle rental is governed by a separate Rental Agreement, which outlines the specific terms, conditions, and fees related to the vehicle you are renting. The Rental Agreement must be signed before you can rent a vehicle.

Payment and Pricing

All rental prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. You agree to pay all charges associated with the rental, including but not limited to rental fees, fuel charges, tolls, fines, and any applicable taxes.

a. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full before the vehicle is released to you.

b. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for some rentals. The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned, provided no damage or additional charges apply.

Vehicle Use Restrictions

You agree to use our vehicles responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Allowing unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
• Engaging in reckless or dangerous driving
• Using the vehicle for illegal activities
Lux Budget Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and retrieve the vehicle if these rules are violated.

Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for checking the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. Any existing damage must be reported immediately. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. You are liable for any damages, losses, or repairs that occur during the rental period.

Insurance

Our vehicles come with basic insurance coverage as required by Pakistani law. However, you may opt for additional insurance coverage for an extra fee. Please note that you are responsible for any excess fees not covered by the insurance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Liability

Lux Budget Rentals is not liable for any accidents, damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the rental period unless caused by our negligence. You assume full responsibility for any incidents that may occur while the vehicle is in your possession.

Your use of our website is subject to the following conditions:
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from our website without written permission.
• You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, including hacking, data mining, or any other unauthorized activity.
